We strive to provide a safe, professional, and friendly environment for all our clients. Please review our service policies before booking to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Hair Services
- Please arrive with your hair washed and detangled unless you have booked a wash service.
- Bring your own extensions; I provide all technical tools and products.
- Appointment duration is an estimate; please allow for buffer time for complex styles.
- Takedown services must be booked in advance to ensure proper scheduling.
Childcare & Play
- Parents are welcome to stay during the session or drop off after the first visit.
- Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs for snack time.
- Arrival should be 5-10 minutes early to settle your child comfortably.
- Safety is our priority; all children must be signed in and out by a guardian.
Tech & Booking
Tech Support
- Cancellations require 24-hour notice; rescheduling depends on availability.
- Payments for tech consults are due after the clear quote is accepted.
- Communication is primarily via email or the booking portal for record-keeping.
- No-shows will require a deposit for future booking requests.
Payments & Booking
- A small deposit is required to secure your spot for hair and tech services.
- We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments through our portal.
- Childcare sessions are prepaid per group session to ensure we have enough snacks and supplies.
Life Happens (Cancellations)
- Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a lost deposit or a small fee.
- No-shows without any notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Arrival & Communication
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for hair and childcare appointments.
- We send text updates for tech project status and booking reminders.
- If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your time.
